The first time — 10-15 minutes. Place the tables on the map, save as a template, and you never have to do it again. For each new wedding, just select the template and you're done.
Who can work on an event?
You, your team, the couple, the parents — anyone you invite. Each person gets their own account and access level.
Can I control what couples change?
Yes. You set exactly what they can do: add guests, move tables, or view only. And you can lock everything automatically a few days before the wedding — no more last-minute surprises.
What do guests see at the wedding?
They receive a link or scan a QR code. They search their name and see which table they're at. No account, no app — works on any phone.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. On phone or tablet you check the list and make small edits. For the actual seating arrangement, a laptop is more comfortable — but it's not required.
